Classes at Nourish aim to show you a new approach to food and cooking.  One in which our health is not compromised, but also not our taste buds!  Would you like to learn how to balance all the flavours in your cooking? Or how to make delicious desserts free from refined sugar and dairy?  Do you have children to feed and nurture, and would you like some new, healthy inspiration?  Whatever you're reasons, Classes at Nourish will have something to offer.

Intuition
At the root of my philosophy is a deep trust in the inner knowing of our bodies. There are so many diets and food fads out there, none of which are designed specifically for each one of us. And we are all different! I encourage people to listen to and trust in their inner knowing, as supposed to labelling foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’.

Wholesome, organic Ingredients
I always go for natural and un-processed ingredients. This way, our bodies have the maximum amount of nourishment available to them. We will do wonderful things with grains, beans, roots, fruits and seeds, mainly avoiding the use of sugar and dairy. We may occasionally cook fish if participants are keen.

Balance
In order to feel satisfied with the food we eat, we need balance. Balanced nutrition, balanced flavours, colours and energy. In my classes you will learn how to create dishes and meals which bring harmony to the palate, plate and planet!

Creativity
Cooking can be a fantastic opportunity to allow our creative juices to flow ( excuse the pun!). Most of us are involved in preparing food everyday, so I encourage you to bring some inspiration and playfulness into the kitchen, and make it fun.
